This kind of thing has to stop...

Honestly, it's causing quite a lot of problems on my server for the late night EN players. Being declined or kicked from parties, not based on our gear, skill or ability to just play the game, but because some people are too lazy to use the auto translate....

When you realize that the auto-translate is actually quite bad which is the real reason a lot of Japanese players doesn't use it, the sooner you'll realize it's not laziness.

When the majority of shouts you see, from NA players, consists of <hyur> <fun> <hole> <can I have it?>, do you honestly not wonder why the JP stopped bothering with it beyond localization reasons? It's well known the localization between languages for certain things is why it's not heavily used.

Also, JP only generally deals with "Japanese Language Only", I haven't seen anyone who attempts to communicate with them get kicked, it's the ones who try to join JP shouts and tell them to speak english are the ones who get kicked, btw, NA players are far worse with their "kicking/declining".

Until the auto-translate can be used to make it so people can explain something like the Rivenroad (Hard) fight from start to finish and make everyone understand exactly what they need to do, this is going to hold true. Contrary to popular belief, not everyone in the world can speak English.

Oh whatever, this is a Natalan SB party, not some huge endeavor. NO one needs to talk for those. Contrary to popular belief, even JPs can be jerks and idiots.

I actually was kicked, a few minutes ago, by someone doing a moogle pug. I was invited, I said "Hello" in auto translate. They ask "Can you speak japanese?" I reply "I'm sorry no." Without another word, I was booted. No "I'm sorry, JP only" or anything..just...bam...booted. It's incredibly annoying and frustrating for NA players that play late nights.

I wouldn't take it personally. Most of the time people just want to be able to communicate effectively without mishaps caused by language barriers. Though there still may be some assholes

Sometimes you dont need to talk about anything, especially for moogles, even if they dont say the killing order to be done, one with 3 fingers in his forehead would attack whatever everyone is attacking, and at this points theres only just a few ppl that doesnt know what to do.

Didn't think we had <fun> and <hole> in <autotranslate dictionary>.... anyways... its really not that bad. It really *is* laziness or simple ignorance on how to use it if someone refuses to use it. Hell half the time you don't even need to communicate other than what the main goal is...
