Those "small bit of info" need to be collected, polled, elaborated, put in a decent and organic form, examined by the marketing, translated, confirmed, and then delivered. That's not something you do in five minutes at the end of the working day. As usual, there's an immensely oversimplified idea of game development at work here, not to mention of information management in a large team.

EDIT: Also if they can't keep up with four languages they should have region locked the game end of story.
So they should have deprieved thousands of people of the game because some don't have a bit of patience and think that they're entitled to "daily reports" (something that's absolutely unprecedented in this industry) just because they bought a game?
