I just don't see how content finder will resolve isolation AND latency issues.
If players from different regions were to be grouped for dungeon for instance, how would latency look like? where would the "instance" be hosted?

With content finder you will probably only be paired up with people in your region. The only reason why I brought it up is because the guy said he plays at random hours. With a cross server dungeon finder it should be easier to fin people at any hour, considering you have a larger pool of people to pull from.
A staff response clarifying what this means would be wonderful. To use an example, either we'll have Balmung designated as a server set in Japan and Hyperion set in America or you can choose which regions server you connect to whether it's Balmung or Hyperion.
There could also be an entirely different meaning that I'm missing, if so then I apologize for getting the wrong end of the stick.
