I'd like to enter such instances w/o having to go through these errors myself...but here I am hoping for the safe return of every character affected by these errors.

we've been lucky on excalibur i guess you could call it. the servers are frequently r0ing and kicking full parties out of instances, but luckily we're usually not kicked out of game more than 20 min or so. sorry to hear you guys are having such issues with not even being able to log into the game at all.

Wouldn't be as bad if we could get some actual developer or technical information beyond we escalated your issue sit there and pray to the twelve you get your character back before 2.0 launches.

Sorry to bump this, Just saw the new event added to the game and i got to say i'm very dissapointed we don't get to participate in it, at this pace we might not even get to see the finale first hand with our characters.

(I know noone on this specific board can help us but i still want people to see how SE is apparently just ignoring us.)

Gungnir is fine, must just be a Balmung problem.

Gungnir is most certainly NOT fine. I've been having this issue quite frequently lately, mostly in the wards. It may be occurring less on our server than on Balmung, but it is still happening.

I'm just glad I haven't been perma-stuck yet. Had a few scares recently.

Edit: On a semi-related note, I can't help but feel that the servers are getting progressively worse as we get closer to 2.0. It's kind of funny, if you can get past how annoying it is at times.

Balmung is infamous for it's myriad ward crashes, freezes and so forth. We joke about it in Uldah quite frequently.

That being said, this past weekend has been terrible. For the record since Friday the following has happened.

1. Frozen in place in Uldah for about 10 minutes. We were still able to chat but couldn't move. I was smart enough to get the hell out of dodge right after because I knew it would lead to.....

2. The Wards crashing multiple times.

3. My LS went to go help a new member kill Cactuar Jack. As we approached him we all got booted from the game as a party. When we got back it said we had no link-shells and I couldn't invite people to the party until I zoned out of Horizon.

4. Crashes during instances. Recently, it has been a struggle to get all 8 players into AV/CC without somebody crashing during the zone-in. It happened every single run I went on this weekend. It really messes up the flow of things.

5. Extremely laggy skirmish and boss encounters. Miser glitched out and wouldn't move which was pretty funny to watch actually.

6. Friend of mind is currently stuck in Limbo in Garuda.

I've had a constant game crashing since the new event started on durandal, I've probably dc'd more in the last 2 days than I did in the 2 years from launch up till this past friday.
