Thread: 1.23 Imperial Event

Came out of Garuda and noticed Van Darnus Music. Ran to Dragon head and found imperials roaming. Could be a 'purple banner' item.

Ooh found a Magitech Vanguard H-1 and a Imperial Centurion

Summary:

¤ In Dragonhead, Iron Lake and Broken Water, random r50 imperials spawn all over the place.

¤ In 2 locations per camp there is a 'boss group' consisting of an Imperial Centurion, a Magitech H-1 and about 6 Elite adds. They move very fast and hit very hard.

¤ Killing them may reward you with a drop (to loot list, no chest).

¤ You can get either the Imperial Operative Tricorne or Imperial Operative Hat.

¤ Drop rate is not known (but it isn't 100%).

¤ There doesn't appear to be a Lodestone history record for defeating imperials or the boss group.

¤ There doesn't appear to be a quest or a 'duty' for the invasion.

¤ The boss group will respawn not long after the last one dies.

¤ At the time of me writing this, the duration of the raids and any recurring schedule is not known.

Holy crap they hit a ton. THere is a group of a Centurion, a Vanguard and about 6 Elites that are one linked group. THey all have haste and they hurt.

I can't find an NPC and the don't drop elixirs like last time.

Just happened for us at Dragonhead, too. Group of about 30 zerged the magitek. It was purple for me, so no drop.

Looked around for an NPC, and didn't see one. No one in nearby caves.

Good times.

okay the party that beat H1 didnt mention any reward at all

pop in iron lake
pop level 50 imperials
pop a group of elite imperials, a centurion and H1 magiteck
drop nothing so far
