Except this person isn't facing any of those problems. Look at their character information on the lodestone. They don't even play the game. They haven't even killed the FIRST mob the game pits you against for your initial story quest. They have NO exp.

i'd make a new character and change my lodestone character to that character so i'd also be nothing but a level 1 miner but that would be of little point since i can easily explain how easily that can be done right now.

You really think this person doesn't know that windowed mode would obviously be a window and not a full screen? Or that they don't know how to drag the window to a different place? My god, you seriously are an idiot. You are arguing against something that, if fixed, would probably encourage more forbidden meld attempts by the community as a whole with no downside. There would be no trading and no need to shout in ul'dah unless you were in a hurry. You can afk in town for 10 minutes and come back with your gear either melded or broken. Having forbidden melds handled the same way as single melds is just simply a better idea than how it is now, no matter what the driving force behind the decision was, be it anti-theft countermeasures or convenience.

I swear, you people would argue that a breathable atmosphere is a bad idea if someone you viewed as a troll came up with it.
