Interesting. They mention a multi-data center structure to help prevent stuff like Ifrit (Yoshi-P mentions players getting hit by eruption even though client-side they already moved out of the eruption area).

Actions fit into three categories: Abilities, weapon skills and spells. Abilities and weapon skills are currently limited by recast time, and WS also have TP, whereas spells have recast times and MP costs. What they're saying is that rather than rely on recast times, abilities will have recast times, whereas WS and spells will have only their resource costs rather than reasource cost AND cooldowns (hence why the DRG in the vid is spamming WS). They're also going to revise how combos work, as it would be really difficult to proc combos in PvP when your target is moving all over the place.

At least, that's how I understood it.
