the LSs doing it in 1 or 2 weeks are a bit above average. 'typical' linkshells can expect it to take closer to 4-5+ weeks... which is why you don't see very many NA LS's with relic.



yeah, right, sure. let's just marginalize more content for the casuals. let's take the challenge and work out of every aspect of the game so there's nothing left for people who play specifically for that.

great idea, as usual. except, you know- relic is supposed to take a bit of luck, a lot of work and a lot of skill. i guess we just shouldn't bother having relic at all?

anyway, my LS has gotten full seal sets for about two dozen players now, and hamlet isn't even anywhere close to a priority. people need to stop making excuses and just get it done.

oh, right, we're just incredibly lucky. so lucky that we facerolled through the hardest faction leve NMs in a matter of hours, ifrit extreme in under a week for first kill... and van darnus hard in just a couple days. yep, you got me there.

except without explicitly denoting you're referencing hamlet specifically, *you* are the one making an ambiguous statement that could go one way or another- however it suits you for the current argument. don't deflect. don't project. as far as what "people" were talking about, guess what- more ambiguity. "people" are talking about every stage of the relic quest, *not just* hamlet specifically. perhaps instead of just making an awfully general reference to "people" you should specify which ones you're talking about. (you did quote me, so that would seem to imply you know how that works.)

and so when you make a vague, sweeping comment about luck not equating to skill without clarifying exactly how you mean it- you're damn right i'm going to swiftly squash any suggestion that somehow all our progress has been based on luck alone.

i'm following my advice. maybe you should start, too.
