I looked all over to find out what RNG means and found nothing. And lotto? Sorry I most likely missed that information too.

Hehe over hear RNG means Random Number Generator, but whenever I read it because of my huge playtime in FFXI, I see it as Ranger, because in FFXI the Ranger job used the abbreviation RNG

Ranger lotto just confuses me now.

Getting selected for a beta is basically a lottery and Legacy members will automatically get to be a part of that lottery rather than auto-access.
