Meh, as nice as that sounds, I like leveling without the Bonus ( Sleeping in an inn for Bonus is good enough for me), but having a Bonus that comes out of thin air.. is something I personally wouldn't want. just me though.

Im ok on incentive for non-Legacy players. maybe a stack of helpful foods,potions and starter crafting/gathering sets, not a direct bonus for exp

I actually really liked the mob tablet system XI had. Worldwide semi-random bonuses for everyone and fame and fortune (however fleeting) for the ones who found it. No real way to camp them so it's not particularly unfair to anyone, it's just luck!

It only takes a few days of casual/light play without a PL to get a DoW/DoM job to 50.
It also only takes a day or two to get a DoH job to 50 (if you have some planning, gil, and rested/seals bonus).

Do people forget that new players (wait for it, this is gonna blow your mind....) are new and therefore have to start from the bottom? No gil, no surplus of leves, no teleports unlocked, no chocobo/goobbue, no rested bonus, no gear, and obviously no abilities from other classes to help them with the leveling process.

No shit people already playing don't need extra exp and have a very easy time exping. Who's the genius that figured out that having gil/gear/easy transportation and a stockpile of leves/rested exp makes for a fast trip to 50?

I've gotten my Black Mage from like 30-50 in a matter of days, but that was me dedicating all of my time within those few days to levelling. There was nothing "casual" about my playing during that time. I sank literally 8+ hours a day levelling the job. This community just loves hyperboles.

That's not even a long time it takes longer in other mmo's to get those lvls.

I agree. Its a bit unfair for anyone who can't play at that set time, you know? Mostly people who play CONSTANTLY will be using it...and they don't need it.
