Yes but i have never notice that we CANT use PC UI on PS3. Hope PS3 user will use Keyboard for chatting

it was said before (maybe in the pdf? or devs? ) that all non-istanced dungeon will be converted in istanced.

And i'm very happy with this if they can offer more challenge and content than now.. Also with content finder, ppl will finally look forward these dungeons.. :P

This is correct. Theres a lot of dungeons currently in the game that can be turned into instanced raid for lower level parties. I'm talking about CH, place north of Emerald Moss (forgot name), the Pirate cave (north of BK), etc. These can be Lv15, 25, 35, w/e and be the raid to do at those levels for newer players.

You can use any USB keyboard on the PS3.

logitech made one thats wireless with a touch pad mouse, but yeah any USB KB should work like Sephrick said

You can also use bluetooth keyboards as well. I've had mine setup for a while.

I'm not sure what or how to use blue tooth so I'll just use the standard keyboard. :3
