The problem with cutscenes

There should be a vote thing similar to what Left 4 Dead has. If everyone votes to skip it, then we can skip it. Otherwise, we watch the cutscene. That way I can watch the cutscene and people can deal with it.

Or you know, SE can have some common sense and have the cutscene play before entering the instance.

I agree with this. For all the talk about immersion and experiencing content and making it feel fluid an alive, people sure are willin to hit that fast toward button. I'd have the server run a check on the party. If you have anyone who has never done the fight before, everyone is forced to watch the CS.

If everyone has done it, then run a vote to see the CS or not. The devs took the time to ensure your party appears in the CS, and we should have more opportunities to put that to use.
