Vortex Totems for weapons to be reduced to 10?

I know in terms of difficulty Garuda is a lot harder than the other two primals. The trade off is always getting 2 vortex totems per win however, which is a welcome relief compared to the other two. I am wondering though if any devs know or are willing to say if they have decided to reduce how many is needed for weapons or not. I understand not reducing it because of the 2 totems, but I am panicking abit to get wins before 2.0 in case weapons are somehow harder to get by killing roaming primals, or if they wont be available at all. Hopefully they can answer that question as well soon.

Everything i've seen them say is that the current weapons will not be obtainable in 2.0. There will be different weapons or something from the primals at that point.

Reducing it to 10 is 1/4 of the requirement. At the very most they'll reduce it to 20, though considering that most of those weapons are really good (not the Gaze~), I don't see it happening any time soon.

The weapons wont be available anymore so its not happening at all lol. Which I don't mind, i'd rather get my relic.

They have not actually said what is happening to the weapons. The primal fights may be being overhauled, but there has been no mention of how the weapons might be otherwise obtainable. They have not been listed as content to be removed at any point.

I dont thibk tthey will reduce it, 20wins sounds very fair for a strongest weapon after relic.

Would you mind telling me why they didn't mention this in their post on 'Discontinued content'?

I looked at it 5 times just to make sure It didn't include primal fights + their weapons...
