Just put your character on walk and you wont aggro.

if they're already attakcing someone (AOE) then yeah, but what we did was just pre walk before porting and then walk away from all the action

always looking for good people.

I'm not so sure about the no aggro thing. The skeleton minced me last night while I was walking.
Claim competition isn't too bad really. Many people get killed because they get too many mobs, so just grab the unclaimed ones trailing off of people, you'll be doing them a favor :P None of the monsters are extremely difficult, and can be easily trio'd. The trick is to position yourself outside of the camp perimeter, and pull the unclaimed mobs out of the camp. This way you you'll avoid aggro on multiple mobs. Like I said, most people get killed because they get way too many mobs at once, and I put their level probably in the low 60s. Just kill one for quest complete, or farm the Over-Aspected crystals.
As far as the fixed times and weather effect pop conditions, I wouldn't be able to confirm or deny anything. The first time we found him, Atomos had appeared over Bluefog...from there it felt like an episode of DBZ, all power-up and no fight, then he disappeared. Next time he spawned, he spit out his mobs and we snagged a quest complete and a couple of crytals. Good hunting!

No, I meant I got aggro. I was one of a very few people actually at the camp and all were unclaimed when I ported in and they all got aggro on me and killed me almost instantly.
