I'm starting to get sad they even introduced sanction gear. I feared people would 'expect' to have those stats all the time and complain if they can't. Seems hard to understand that it's not meant to be on all the time and there is supposed to be some inconvenience, and to decrease it further would negate the point of it being sanctioned (which then negates the 'balance' in the item).

Then don't wear sanction gear because they do become a very subpar weapon/equip without the sanction effect. Nobody expect a member to wear a subpar equips.
