If your mages and DD are smart, the only thing you will ever NEED for Animal Instinct is provoke. If you have good reaction time, you provoke him when he uses Animal Instinct. If you're not flashing red again, Shield Bash him. In the fairly good chance you stun him, you just prevented Eye of the Beholder. At this point, Fast/Flat blade and he's yours again. As long as your mages don't try to cut loose right away again, you have enough time to recover enmity and even Spirit's Within.

Naah, in my groups after animal instict i sometimes do flash, voke and am still in yellow cause they not only pulled but kept hitting it too. I have to run around like crazy trying to establish red flashing again throwing everything i got at him not able to anticipate his 100 Tonze moves while
seing Thunders landing on him non stop the whole time to eventually eat a 100 Tonze move and die.....

And then they like "man try to understand that you need to avoid his moves"
