Just to play Devil's Advocate. We have laws against murder and theft, for example.

You might say, "Well, as long as you're not hurting anyone, then people shouldn't have morals imposed on them." But that in itself is a moral and ethical judgement. Your argument here is philosophically bankrupt and contradictory, because you are deciding for them it is unacceptable for them to impose their morals on people, itself a moral judgement.

Now, if we want to discuss the *degree* to which it's acceptable to impose moral and ethical beliefs on people, that's another matter entirely.

When you murder someone, you infringe on their right to life.
When you steal from someone, you infringe on their right to fruits of their labor.
When you rape someone, you infringe on their right to pursuit of happiness.

Or in terms of private property.

When you murder someone, you commit an action wherein you admit to an idea that one's body is not their property.
When you steal from someone, you're committing an action that admits you believe the self is not right to their own labor.
When you rape someone, just like the previous two.

And before you think I'm not serious, I assure you I am. How often do you see men offended by other men in skimpy suits? Never.
Now see how often we women get offended by such things, even in video games? Very often, and for good reason. Just look at "Tropes vs. Women" on Kickstarter. She got funded 158k $ because this is a real world problem that needs to stop.

I was denied a job at a movie theater for a morning shift. When I asked why the female manager with a tone said "It's a position reserved for mothers only."
