They mix subjectivity with objectivity, they are not able to let their personal feeling fade away, to make a "good" review. Good has nothing to do with praising the game, more with the fact that you stay objective and go into Detail on certain things, which are people are interested in.

Most reviews i've read about this Game were far away from being true. They were full of personal opinions, filled up with arrogance, stupidity and nonsense.

Yeah, reviews can give this game a big boost, but you need good writer for that, not a bunch of school-kids which dont have a clue what they are talking about.
You are making some wild generalisations here.
Sure some reviewers have their personal likes and disliles but discrediting most of them at once just seems like you are sort of afraid that 2.0 will still be bad and you have to feel your choice is valid and somehow justified by scoffing at the entire games press.

They're people after all and gamers like us. If majority of them love 2.0 then we can expect to see a lot more adventurers in Eorzea.

I'm looking forward to the new reviews and frankly SE needs that pressure to make a good game. At the end of the day I think SE's marketing has took a hit in credibility and that can only be turned around by improving the quality of the product.

As a personal note I've been working on videogames that the press sometimes loved to bits, didn't care for or didn't actually play before giving it a full page review but as a whole the press always gives great feedback that any game company really should listen. It makes us try harder and grow our skill in the craft. There are usually so many reviews that to argue against the general reception is not only stupid it's harmful attitude to take if you strive to do better in the future.
