@Devs: PLD/GLD and poor AoE enmity management. Intentional design choice?

I've been holding aoe hate on PLD fairly well in skirmish, so it certainly can be done. And, that's with a WAR in the group.

Then you have the warrior who is geared to get/hold agro instead of do damage, then you lose.
