All of the important NPCs from the former main storyline are Archons if I remember correctly. Louisoix is their leader. I dunno, I always wanted to think he was Ramuh or something. :P

Good riddance. This asshole makes you talk to him three times between beating Ifrit and receiving a new lamp. He trolls you by giving long soliloquies every single time you talk to him.

When I saw his face nearly drained of Energy fighting off Dalamud and Sacraficing himself.. ( assuming he died from it) I nearly cried... =(.
