Hamlet Level 1 and Top 3 Provisioners

Hello everyone!

I have a question regarding Hamlet since I couldn't find the information anywhere about this.

1.Do seals still drop in a Level 1 Hamlet?
2.Also, how does Level 1 Hamlets affect top 3 provisioners? Are the odds still the same where it's 100%/50%/25%?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

2. Ommm.... i don't think it helps them at all, though being provisioner is useful for getting things like gathering hats.

Gathering hats can drop from the 60k chest to anybody in the party regardless of provisioner presence.

Seals for top 3 provisioners are a seperate reward that DOES NOT TAKE SCORE INTO ACCOUNT.

if you are top 3, you can get seals that way from level 1 hamlets

but the reward for top provisioners is 100% seperate from the scoring, as it has always been, so you can in fact get seals from it by those standards


now finding someone to do level 1 hamlets with you is another story at this point

It makes the content pretty unbalanced in that case, as you say nobody would want to do level 1 hamlet, I think top provisioners should be able to get a guaranteed reward from an NPC.

If you are going to make score inconsequential then make the battle the same, reward people for their hard work in collection provisions.

youd think so, but the fact that everyone wants it still makes it so easy to stay at rank 2

also, if you really want to get your seals, youll invest in getting all 3mil points to get to rank 2 to give others incentive(including your own shell if need be) to run with you.


thats the nice part about all this, you CAN get to rank 2 every time, even if its a single donator

Interestingly I have seen a lot of level 1 hamlets over the last couple weeks, so either people are getting bored with it, bored with the game in general or have got their seals already.

Not a good sign

Going all out as you say is the only way to get a top 3 spot but the whole system sucks in that regard, I feel it would be better off with a cap that anyone can obtain if they put in the hard work.

I've heard several times on my server that certain guilds were standing by with 8 million worth of provisions, so no matter what you do you can't win against that unless you are willing to piss away 6-7 million worth of provisions.

Our hamlets on Masamune were Rank 2 almost every day we attempted them

Up until today.

When this falls out of popularity completely and more people have their relics, it's going to be even harder for the late comers to get their seals. People will actually have to devote time to being the top 3. And any participants won't get the good drops, so GL finding a full party for Hamlet on a rank 1 day.

I hope they adjust this.
