There should be no Rank 1 / 2 system, however I think the provisioner system is a good idea.
If you are a top 3 provisioner you have 25-100% chance of getting a seal that cannot be traded to anyone else from what I heard.

Too many people leech for a free ride on their seals. More will just have to start contributing to the score instead of leaving 80% of the burden on the top 3-4 people. Our hamlets on Masamune were Rank 2 almost every day we attempted them
Up until today.
When this falls out of popularity completely and more people have their relics, it's going to be even harder for the late comers to get their seals. People will actually have to devote time to being the top 3. And any participants won't get the good drops, so GL finding a full party for Hamlet on a rank 1 day.
I hope they adjust this.
Also working with a linkshell and spending a week farming for one person is actually what the Japanese have been doing to secure top 3, honestly I'd be willing to do the same thing if we picked a day to spam 12+ runs. That would almost mean everyone would walk away with at least 1 seal.
i would be doing the same if i didnt have classes & jobs to level. Also working with a linkshell and spending a week farming for one person is actually what the Japanese have been doing to secure top 3, honestly I'd be willing to do the same thing if we picked a day to spam 12+ runs. Only way i'd stop doing my classes now & go 100% hamlet, is if groups were given group rewards instead of here have 1 drop...... Thats why i love solo content & hate parties in this game!
