You can do everything without using the Mouse. I actually play Full-Keyboard + Mouse, but actually i dont need the Mouse.. currently i just use it for Camera-View.. i.e. Zoom in/Zoom out/Turn around.. stuff like that. But anyways.. you dont need the Mouse at all, since you can customize everything on the keyboard.

I play on keyboard only most of the time myself... I'm not arguing or anything I'm just translating what that JP players posted in that rep comment.... and that person is saying you can't set focus on chat tab and scoll... so I dunno man. I'm not going to test out something just to prove that person was right or wrong, I'm just translating what was posted... lol

I play with a controller and this is true. You cannot interact with the chat log in any way (minimize/maximize/scroll/etc). You have to use the mouse/keyboard for that. Theres a few other quirks with controller too but I can't remember them off the top of my head.
