Yeah they're doing well, even the President publicly admitting that Tera didn't do too hot in it's own country, you can't ignore that a game faltering in it's own country. It's doing very poorly in Korea and Japan. NA release is benefiting from "it's a new MMO here!"

SWTOR is deemed medicore and they have to go F2P because it lost momentum and they're trying to win people back.

Your idea of success seems to be purely based on subscriber numbers.
