Should relic stats be tweeked?

Relic weapons have more value beyond functionality. They're not just extremely good weapons, they also carry that added weight of when you walk around town and people see it, thinking "hot damn, that's one badass player!"

Or..hot damn..that person probably hasnt been out in the sun in the last five months!..lol I kid, I kid.
