I'm pretty sure the FF universe already has a bunny girl, it's called a Viera.

And that's the difference. Lalafells aren't particularly sexualized in their presentation in the game.

The picture in the OP, however...yeah. It's hard to see that in a way that isn't creepy.

Also this discussion is silly without looking at the game creators countries this type of chibi characters are common in Asian culture and the people. I'm sure most of the offended players come from western countries. Eldin are very very normal for Asian games.

To be fair it is mainly the west, because you could be arrested if you have pictures of even drawings of "child like characters" that may be scantly clothed or in a provocative pose if they so felt like it.

While everyone has their personal tastes...there is a thing called modesty..I'm here to play an MMO, not watch guys oogle their characters.
