Apperance change: Sooner than later, please?

This is something that is really bugging me. I love this game and I love playing it but I absolutely hate my character. It makes it so difficult for me to enjoy playing because I do not enjoy playing as my character. I don't want to restart because I'll lose all the progress I made but on the other hand 2.0 is still so very far away.

Please, I would be very grateful if you introduced a means to change our appearance before 2.0 comes out. I would most certainly be willing to pay for it.

Just a note but for some reason it doesn't allow me to post as my actual main character which is level 50 unlike this one.

Unless you have all classes at 50 just restart. With the help of an ls, or even by yourself, you can get back up to speed fairly quickly lol.

How about you wait like the rest of us and stop trying to make minor things a priority? I mean, can't they finish the progress they're making with 2.0's development first before catering to a minority? It'd be nice to have an actual finished game...

Was it really necessary to be so rude? You do know that they have different people working on different aspects of the game. It's not like every part of the team drops whatever responsibility they have to work on a singular goal. I doubt creating something like this would hinder the progress 2.0 is making in the slightest.

I saw nothing in that post as rude. But how do you know it wouldn't take any power? Yes different people work on different parts, are you privy to their development process and know they can do that? Maybe there's no code in game to allow a re-customization of a current character? We don't know. Nor do you.

"How about you wait like the rest of us" is a fairly rude tone to take especially considering how I posed my request. It's not as though I was demanding that they do it. I was simply making a request.

I would be very understanding if there are limitations in place that are preventing them from doing something like this but they have yet to mention it being an issue. That's why I decided to ask.

Well I'm the same way, but you really don't have to. I dont know what your level situation is, but if it really really really irritates you to the extent that the game isn't fun, just reroll so you can enjoy yourself again. Seriously, there's quite literally nothing better to do with your xiv free time. And I'm sure your LS would greatly appreciate a diversion from the monotony that is XIV "endgame". Grinding the same two dungeons forever is not really "fun" in anyone's book...I'm sure they'd be happy to have some other goal to work towards. Jus sayin. If you're not having fun its no use torturing yourself for a couple more months. That will just suck lol.

I never said they should drop what they're doing nor did I imply that it was more important than 2.0 itself.
