It's not a "remix" per se, rather it was re-mixed. Same song, but re-done with slightly different instruments. It's most obvious (to me anyway) with the guitar at the very beginning.

Yup, it just feels more "high quality". Unfortunately the guitar on the original tracks sounds a bit fake.

Are you sure all the songs are in the game? There are many on the soundtrack I still can't place, but then again, I haven't covered all the content, especially the quest paths for the three separate nations.

What part of "they are all in-game" do you not understand? I just listened the soundtrack yesterday. They are all being used.

Fact is, some musics are hidden very, very deeply in the game like the Coerthas leve theme.
Good heavens, if that thing is really the Coerthas leve theme I'm hoping they recycle it for the Legatus battle because really.

I'd certainly buy an soundtrack, some of the music in this game is fantastic IMO.
