A Warning to my Fellow Players

I wish i had friends who cared as much to help me do this. I am running into so many now its not funny on beseid. And some of them are harder to spot cuz they are not always "afk" while using said bots. But when they tend to not notice little things that a normal person would for 5+ minutes, then you just know something is wrong(like getting kicked from behest yet trying to fight until the end like you werent...and dying over and over again and fighting regardless of weakness during such a time, then only asking why you didnt get any SP after behest ended)

This is the exact reason why I am trying to raise awareness, because the cleaner we make this game of bots, the more fun we will have due to the fact that we wont need to frustrate ourselves over bots in our camps and in our game ^^v

Doesn't this apply to how people are exploiting Necrologos leves? I remember posting about this elsewhere, hope people take this advice until SE gives the official word.

I had 2 GMs tell me so far that not reporting a glitch and continuing to use the glitch to your advantage is illegal and against the TOS.

It applies to that glitch yes, especialy to those who have figured out how to trigger it every time they do it.
I can not blame the people who dont know better and just get extra mobs all of a sudden and dont know why. Its not like they tried to make it happen, but there are quite a few people who have started to outright abuse it, and those are the people who are going to get hit the hardtest if and when something is done about it.

the fish botting is BEYOND out of control.
i'm very passionate about fishing, just like i was in ffxi, and it's sad to see once again that 98% of the people fishing were bots...
i worked very hard to get my rank and am proud of it. i know everything there is to know about fishing in this game.

i really wish SE would have done something about it seeing how they already have this experience with ffxi. there should have been a team in place dealing with this type of thing from the get go.

I too have a list of botters and people crafting with auto clickers.

If some of us do take this to the level of publicly posting who is doing this, which btw i think is a bad idea. I do have a concern.

Please do not post anything without PROOF.

Several people use medians such as posts with lists of known botters and such in order to exact "revenge" on people they dont like with false accusations.

So if you have these lists forming, just please report them to the task force and leave it at that.

I'm fully aware of the amount of bans they finally (after a long time) did in ffxi. They need to get these people to act more on demand in ffxiv since they "already have the experience" of dealing with botters from ffxi.
They knew it was going to happen, and in order to enforce their own rules AND to keep things fair, they should have had their teams dealing with the problem from the start.
