And I'm excited to see all the new info. /impatient
Rise Against - TorchesThe angels dance like feathers float, they're here to see and to be seen,
The clock strikes two, the music slows and each one slowly dons their wings,
Once outside they all pair off and hand in hand they leave
But I'm still waiting, yeah, and I'm still waiting

2.0 Marketing Campaign in August is our best bet for the website as it stands, Yoshida said before he doesn't like to define exact dates because if they are late they get people whining about it. Wonder how he got that idea? He has also mentioned they didn't want to release the trailer because it wasn't fully optimized yet and if it didn't hold up to their standards, or the gaming community standards, that they knew it would just be something else people would jump on to insult. Dig out your consoles, find a good game at your local game store, and have something to do other then obsess completely over everything, or try that thing they call a "social life." I hear some people have that kind of thing outside of gaming.

..wat ? Actually, he said trailer is ready, but he pushed back because he didn't feel right show it without any other info on e3

No he didn't.
No he didn't.
What's this fad of making shit up and saying Yoshida said so?
Yoshida said all Chocobos will be pink after 1.23 and all relic armor will be changed to subligars. You can't disprove me because Yoshida said it!
Well said Colino, well said. God this is just getting ridiculous. The threads, the posts, the rumors...people are getting so impatient that they're just making stuff up. I have no idea what those two guys are talking about either Colino. I lurk the forums everyday for new news and yes, I'm impatient too, but please everyone, just wait it out like everyone else that keeps their stupid comments to themselves. Yoshi-P is not the only one working on this project, so we can't blame or expect everything to be on him. The website will come, the trailer will come, the testing will come...and then 2.0 will come. Someone start an anticipation thread instead of all these impatient/begging threads.

First: I'm sorry, I didn't specify, I didn't mean the E3 2.0 trailer, that's all just CG work and yes it is done. I meant any gameplay footage. And as for lying about it not being optimized yet:

Koji: We didn’t mention this but we have an up and running version of 2.0. It’s not connected to the server so the monsters aren’t moving or anything, but this is running at a little less than 30fps. It’s optimized for the PC, but it’s about 15% optimized so we have about 80% more optimization to go.
Yoshida: The main reason is if we showed a little bit there wouldn’t be as much of an impact compared to waiting a bit until we had a lot more. For example more battle scenes or more actual content—stuff that’s more optimized. Rather than show a little bit that might put some people off we’re going to wait.

Yeah, but that's talking about the game itself, not the trailer. They didn't release the trailer, which is a prerendered CGI, and has nothing to do with the optimalization being talked above. They never wanted to release gameplay footage to public on E3. So yea, you're confusing people because you talk about made up things.First: I'm sorry, I didn't specify, I didn't mean the E3 2.0 trailer, that's all just CG work and yes it is done. There will be no new info until August even if the website comes up before hand. Remember, the site is to pull in new people and people who never played XIV or hasn't since 2010..he said it's going to largely be a rehash of old info and some new stuff for current players, which we already know will be the E3 released concept art and screenshots.
I'm still betting on August.
