To reel this thread in a bit. Can we all at least agree for making jumping an effort which your character puts their whole body into the motion instead of going from an unbend stance to Jordan mode?

This is SE if there is one thing they do wonderfully its animations, I doubt they are gonna half ass do it.

Besides, the Mithra-line got to keep their tails. I would hardly say they are "in the past" when they are right here with us now. It is simply a matter of getting everyone who deserves it placed right back where it belongs.

On the other site, big men don't have always a tail.

And Roegadyns aren't Galkas, like Miqo'te aren't Mithras (Mithras have fur (or it look like they have fur), Miqo'te not).
Roegadyns loves the sea and hot vulcans, they have 2 genders and the females think with the head whereas the males think with the muscles.

Not to be confrontational, but this is just completely wrong.

1. Job Switch Animations (aside from the bard one) look like they have nothing to do with their respective jobs. It's like the bard team used up 90% of the budget given to the job switch animation team.

2. Not to mention that bard somehow is playing music without even picking up an instrument.

3. I've seen many people complaining that spellcasting is boring and cartoonish, though it has developed a little over time.

Don't get me wrong, I'm certain some of the animation issues will be greatly improved come 2.0, but I believe "half-assed" is the exact word used to describe a lot of the in-game animations right now.
