    Why turn the servers regional? Just move servers with high EURO population to Europe. Currently afaik that's just Ragnarok, so there's no big deal. The server doesn't have to go Euro-only server. It just needs to placed there physically and be done with the issue.

    Many people are experiencing latency due to end-user hardware issues. Try turning all of the settings to low and see if your latency problems improve. If not, then it is the server I assume.
