damn, has anyone seen anything on E3 yet? ive been watching it all day and havent seen anything about ffxiv. im starting to think im not gonna see anything. all this screen shot stuff looks amazing i want to see more!

I think people really should wait before calling foul on the graphics. Perhaps it might be a small step down in the end but it also might not be depending on how highly customizable the game really is. It looks great as is though in my opinion.

As i said before, the restyling itself it's awesome, but tecnically soso... texture and foliage really looks in lower res. compared to the actual game (shadows and illumination are really nice) .. I have to say that by judging these screenshots, tecnically the game is worse than Tera... But i think that the final version (or even a gameplay video) will look really better

I disagree wholeheartedly and completely. Tera is pretty compared to a lot of mmo's but I would not trade XIV's graphics for Tera even now during pre 2.0 because they don't come close, XIV is superior. Still, people can play both games if they want or one or the other, choice is fun!

plus 15% quality boost doesn't say much about if there will be AA options or not. Maybe hes referring to solely the textures.

LOL my reasonable nature in a Lodestone environment comes from an 'insatiable Lodestone user attitude' immunity buffer generated by an over-excitement that comes from being exposed to photos of male Miqos.

And this is an interface question:
Anyone know how the little tiny colored squares on the bottom right side of the 2.0 interface work? I heard some place that they were inventory or mog bags but my question is what does the color scheme mean and why is one shaped like a U?

I'm liking the screen shots too! I never said anything( or little info) "WASn't good", but I expect a lot more when vr.2.0 is released, a hella lot more and beyond! E3 was just scratching the surface. ^^ /joy (great expectations!)
