He was making fun of how rediculous some of the threads on these forums are by making one that was so over the top stupid. The bad thing about doing that though is sometimes people don't understand the sarcasm, and you get taken serriously.

Well to be honest I agree half of what you say but you can't fix it that way- Then frontline job will be overpowered if we only nuked once ._. Increase in mp cost and decrease in MP? Plus decrease in Casting time c.C???
we would be nuking for only 1500 - while dps can Spam tp at 500 600 700 1000
they should make it so we average 1500 dammage with spell in 5 minute --
while dps can average tp in about 4 minute at 900 dammage on average idk how they will or should do it but thats how it should be

Complaining about class stacking is absurd. You could design perfect content and people will still get around it. That is, unless SE implements a "Barbie and Friends" concept where you can only beat content with one of each class which is just an awful idea and will cookie-cutter every fight.

No, I just don't mind class stacking. If you want to do something a more traditional way with a balanced way it is your responsibility to do it. If you want to play THM in Garuda then it is up to you find people who are cool with it, find times that work for those people, and it is also up to you to learn how to maximize the job in there.

I love playing DRG (pre-patch) and originally nobody wanted it in Garuda because WAR was "better." I wanted to try DRG and so I got together people I knew, told them I wanted to try something different, did it, figured it out and now it works just fine. The same thing happened with people being cautious about replacing WAR tanks with PLD tanks even after the update.

It isn't the responsibility of SE or the community to accept alternatives that have deemed (correctly and incorrectly) "better." If you want to do something then it is up to you and you alone. If you wanted to do DH so badly then why didn't you level other jobs or find another group who was willing? And if you couldn't find them then I suggest that you didn't look hard enough.

Now heres the thing, once a strat gets posted it becomes THE way to do it, what I was talking about when I was locked out of DH every linkshell I went to said "you HAVE to go ARC or ogre's AOEs will rape you" this was every linkshell and I did fall out with people over it, believe me I looked and when we failed it was my fault for being LNC, this is why I hate class stacking because it completly locks people out of content and its not just pickups its linkshells as well, however I must add that that my current linkshell does avoid class stacking but I can NEVER condone anything that completly locks people out of content, class stacking requires no skill on the stacked class, and yes this is coming from someone who has reluctantly stacked BLM and BRD on Garuda and its boring as fuck, thunder > thundara > (occasional) thundaga ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.
