"Easy Mode MP" would be the start of fixing the game.
Really nothing wrong with the classes/jobs at this point, it's still basically the playerbase.then the classes
http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...&v=PSwCgchFnvg No, no it doesn't, it's because the community is full of lazy people who want things handed to them than deal with a little challenge.all this class stacking and stuff only happens because the content supports it.
Thank you. Here is a cut and paste from the alt-tab forum:"Easy Mode MP" would be the start of fixing the game.

Now you're getting it! This is what the forums have come to. For every awful idea I see someone seriously post I am going to post an even worse one. The most concerning part is that about half of the people who posted in these two forums actually thought this could be serious.
These forums have divulged into a 3:1 ratio of entitled players asking for nerfs because they themselves didn't start at launch and suffer through all the crap we did and believe they should have the same gil, status, experience, etc. as those of us who stuck it out. You don't get to reap the harvest if you didn't sow the fields. What's even worse is that a lot of these horrible requests are actually just asking for the crop without even doing the reaping!
And to prove one final point, these forums are pretty much swill now. I have never seen such bile and venom from people who think they're being clever and are too ignorant to actually differentiate between an idea that is so absurdly ludicrous that it can't be true and a really bad idea that someone suggests. Personal attacks on the internet? Yeah, that's this generations telephone toughguy.
I don't really think it's because people are "lazy." I personally like doing Ifrit/Moogle with tons of THM/BLM because after 50+ attempts and having nothing to show for it, I don't care about the fight. I want it done ASAP. I'll still run it with any class, but I generally would prefer to run it with what makes the fight easiest/shortest. I'm not afraid of "difficult content" either, I just don't care about making the fight more difficult every single time, when I get absolutely nothing to show for it at the end.http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...&v=PSwCgchFnvg No, no it doesn't, it's because the community is full of lazy people who want things handed to them than deal with a little challenge.
And you know, this is the thing: efficiency. The truth is that in the middle of the day when I have to make, say, a moogle group, I have to use /sh to find a couple of bodies. If I don't know who I'm playing with I am ALWAYS going to go with the setup that yields the highest probability for victory. This is just common sense.I don't really think it's because people are "lazy." Don't get me wrong - if other people want to do it with all classes, etc. then by all means do so. But me? I'm going to give myself and the people who are with me the best chance for success possible when I don't know who I'm dealing with. Now if the run is 100% or folks I know I really don't mind mixing it up to get other people involved who might be excluded due to stacking strategies.
I also think that the other problem with the class stacking debate is that people who frown on it don't understand that a good portion of the content still requires perfect play with stacking. In fact, some of the stack strategies require more ability and familiarity with one another than a traditional setup. While this isn't always true it certainly applies to some content.
I agree 100% with the OP.... Current mp pool and MP spells requirments make me not wanna play a mage...
So you played since start? Then you must realize that at the start Thm/cnj were awful. Sure they could use the Tranquility buit it only helped so much. Once they ran out of Mp they couldnt do anything. Their damage was crap compared Arc which at the time was the heaviest hitting job and the most stacked job. Then people saw that you could throw almost a whole pt of Lancers and Ifrit and destroy him. Class Stacking will always exist you cant get rid of it. Unless they start making Bosses that change jobs to in the middle of a fight.Thank you. Here is a cut and paste from the alt-tab forum:

And just wait and see how useless Thm/Blm will be for Titan or Ramuh. Cause that Easy Mode MP wont matter for the fire spells which suck awy Blm mp. and once again lol ice

Go read two posts ago. I think class stacking is fine. People have the choice to follow it and the choice not to. And yeah, I played at start when THM was the premier healer because of the frontal cone AOE. But while ARC could one-shot most mid-to-high level mobs by stacking three arrows and double-buffing you also have to remember that THM could solo Dodore. So you played since start? The point is that there will ALWAYS be ways of exploiting/maximizing concepts. You ever solo/duo Great Behemoth before the 80 patch in XI? Yeah, it could be done. Complaining about class stacking is absurd. You could design perfect content and people will still get around it. That is, unless SE implements a "Barbie and Friends" concept where you can only beat content with one of each class which is just an awful idea and will cookie-cutter every fight.
if your fine with it then why did you even start this thread?
