99 Leve's, why not me?

i returned in that comeback weekend and im still lost with this 99 leves.. how it works, because i can still only have like 8 for battle/gathering and more 8 for craft at a time.

You can still only have 8 leves of each time at any given moment. But in the past, you were only able to select 8 leves of each type within a give period (36 hours, iirc). Now, if you have enough points accumulated you can go back to the inn and get additional leves - until you run out of points.
