99 Leve's, why not me?

I returned with the welcome back promotion. Used my 12 leve's and got into the process of learning all the really annoying bugs that made me stop playing were pretty much delt with.

So I got into leveling, imagine my surprise and dismay when I run across 3 other returnee's that didn't have 12 leve's when they rejoined but maxed them at 99. So why didn't I get them?

Asking advise, should I pester the support staff asking them for the 87 Leve's I didn't get or just let it be?

Most likely they quit after the leves starting stacking to 99 and since when you quit its not instant their leves were able to accrue to 99 before their account became officially deactivated. Your account it sounds went deactive before your leves were able to get to 99 or before they made the change and a deactivated account wont get leve allowances.

And they wont give you back the 87 leves regardless so no need to waste the time with customer support

I was afraid of that. *sigh* Would have made leveling my hand and land jobs a bit easier in the beginning.

Thank you for posting your concern for the amount of Leves that you have accumulated. It looks like this may have resolved this for you, if it did please let us know. If it does not, also please let us know as well, and in the case that it does not work for you when you respond please provide the following information. And while it may not seem relevant it is best to have as much information as possible in such cases.

You can still only have 8 leves of each time at any given moment. But in the past, you were only able to select 8 leves of each type within a give period (36 hours, iirc). Now, if you have enough points accumulated you can go back to the inn and get additional leves - until you run out of points.

Just to clarify, the "points" that Melinia is referring to are called "Leve allowances". As long as you have leve allowances, you are able to accept 8 Local Guildleves, 8 Regional Guildleves and Company Leves.

The manner of accepting levequests has changed significantly.
Every 12 hours (Earth time) players will earn four "leve allowances" (up to a maximum of 99) which can be exchanged for guildleves at Adventurers' Guilds. After patch 1.19 is implemented, players can receive their initial allocation of 8 leves by visiting the Adventurers' Guild, after which time their leve allowance will accumulate at the abovementioned rate.
* Leve allowances are required to accept all types of leves, including regional, local, faction, and the newly added company leves.
* While players can stock up to 99 leve allowances, they may still only accept 8 local and 8 regional levequests at any one time.
