Since when is common sense making up facts?

Clearly stating it was finished and ready for E3 in reality means it wasn't finished and wasn't ready for E3.
Fanboys gonna be fanboys.
Oh and Elexia, I criticize many of SE's decisions but I don't stick around for "reasons unknown", I stick around because I like the game (and PLAY IT, probably a lot more than most of the white knights on here) and I want it to succeed. In fact, that's exactly why I am so critical of this decision.

If you read any of Elexia's comments it's always stuff she makes up from "secrect" sources only she knows and when SE makes a public statement it always means something else then what they say. That's why i tend to ignore her posts.Clearly stating it was finished and ready for E3 in reality means it wasn't finished and wasn't ready for E3.

Here's the thing: There's a difference between being critical than constantly negative to the point you do nothing but sit around and berate FFXIV/SE/People who play it. Being critical is looking at it objectively.Oh and Elexia, I criticize many of SE's decisions but I don't stick around for "reasons unknown", I stick around because I like the game (and PLAY IT, probably a lot more than most of the white knights on here) and I want it to succeed. Common sense is a great thing to have, also not being sheltered you'd learn things about how the world works.

People can defend SE all they want...like it or not, not having a trailer at E3 is going to hurt it more then help.

I don't and i'm not making up facts. When i say something that is not based on what SE told us, i always make sure that is shows it's my personal opinion. I don't go around saying SE said something but actually means X and claim its a hard cold fact because I said so.
Oh don't come up with that BS...you know that even if SE shows a trailer people would complain about it and say "THATS IT???" So no don't say that because its not true, a trailer is neither gonna be helpful nor hurt.
Once TGS rolls around and they show nothing, then SE has a real problem, since between E3 and TGS thare's also other conventions held. (Unless people think E3 is the only event that matters.)

It won't gain anyone, but at this point it doesn't hurt anyone. People that plays will still plays, people that doesnt know anything about FFXIV will remain clueless.
Nobody is getting hurt. Game doesn't fail or succeed on 1 trailer.
