Agreed. Other than a few balancing issues which are in part due to content rather than purely class design issues (i.e. close range single target DDs are fine if the game isn't completely range-centric and aoe-centric but that's another topic) I absolutely love the new system.

Even the spell changes which some people were less sure about which to a degree is a fair complaint if you like more traditional FF spells. However, in my opinion I really like how each element seems to have its own little traits and quirks i.e. thunder being about the single target damage, fire being about aoe. I was beginning to find the previous FF spells where you basically have the same damage spell in different 'flavors' purely to get a 'super effective' hit a bit tiresome after so many games with that kind of system, so I do like the mage changes. That said please make ice spells chain even if the combo bonus is just lowered mp or something (I live for the combo animations and flashy icons).

Again, aside from certain trends happening in content where certain classes are favored (not saying the only viable option) due to how said content plays out, I adore the class changes and what jobs bring to the armory system; and those issues are still being addressed and tweaked hopefully so I look forward to 2.0.
