I'm sorry, I understand they have a lot going on but it doesn't take long to write up a few paragraphs to update us. Even if not a letter and the poll results, just a simple forum post from the devs saying 'sorry to keep you guys waiting this is whats going on' would be considerate. Even when you're put on hold on the telephone the recording comes on and says 'we apologize for the inconvenience'.... lol It just comes down to good ole' customer service.
