You're missing the point. These achievements aren't really meant to be gone after, they're the kind of achievements that you'll randomly get while doing other stuff. You don't aim for them, you just get them after a while. So why have them in the game you ask? I say why not?

I think you are missing the point. Achievements aren't meant to be done randomly through time, they are meant to be achieved for. You should shoot for them. If no one is shooting for certain achievements, then there is something wrong.
