    I haven't been looking in Ul'dah or Limsa, but in Gridania there is an Elezen outisde the Carline Canopy near the mini-aether crystal that offers to "guide you through the lotus gardens".

    You can access the wards (and ther mercantile houses and the grand companies) from both locations, but you can only exit to one of them.
