I don't think they know it lol, JP got the tumbler with the CE edition so they didn't get the journal as we did for the NA side.

Thing is, I am from England, so I am EU and got the Tumbler too XD but I saw that Behemoth the moment it was on the inter-webs! So while it could be "New" for EU's too, it is not haha but yes another thread

I am happy to see they have a different stance/view about it, either not knowing what it is or just have not put 2 n 2 together.

As for the Transparency, ohhh yes lol MiniMap infact, resized, range increased, transparent, faces player direction, It is all Microsoft Silverlight code, its open source end of day, very, very easy to manipulate, its like html lol So very curious as to why it takes SE so long even so much to say "will happen only in 2.0", but it again could be priorities, or they have moved from silver-light to something else and it wouldn't make sense to start making lots of (small) changes to the UI Code when its done in the new one already which will replace it! (makes sense!)

What are the chances they use silverlight in CT? Probably zero, right? Think about it for a second. They say "2.0" because they know the current setup can't do x,y,z..however the new setup can. The ones actually working with the code and servers versus someone who just hacks the client for their own purposes won't really understand the reasoning.
