Hey, I saw it back in 2010 and was super excited, it was showcased, along with a bunch of other art, and things (ship battles for instance, heck was even 3d animations) but nope didnt make it in game.
What comes to the game or happens in game, i dont care about in this scenario because this is ART WORK. I always knew behemoth was coming, heck its in 2.0 documents, so I was already aware of it, why do i need to see old art work and be told its new art work?
Show me new Art Work, like the 2.0 documents did.
I wonder if this is some sort of trick and there's another layer or something.
This is a game. Take a step back and breathe. Chill people.
I don't see anywhere in that page that says "All-New" anything Not even on the lodestone page.... All I see is " 2.0 Concept Art" period.... Unless I overred it.. I don't see those words applied anywhere....Greetings adventurers!
With excitement building as FINAL FANTASY XIV Version 2.0 draws near, we know you're all dying to learn more about what the future has in store. Well, you’ll be pleased to hear that we were able to sweet-talk the development team (don't ask) into sharing intriguing 2.0 concept art with us. But there's just one catch: the image is hidden behind a series of panels, and you must work together with fellow community members if you wish to behold it in all its glory!
We've prepared a list of questions, and a panel will be removed for each one answered correctly. Below are the details of the event.
Concept Art

On the post
But just to mention, how is this "2.0 concept art" when it was made for 1.0, before 2.0 was even in planning, did Tanaka plan to get fired and Yoshi started before XIV was even released? (conspiracy!) or they just bullshit and recycling old material, sounds like SE!With excitement building as FINAL FANTASY XIV Version 2.0 draws near, we at the community team have decided that now would be an ideal time to host another event. We have painstakingly procured all-new concept art from the development team precisely for this purpose, which we will gladly share with our players…so long as they meet certain demands!
Read up on the details of the event.
i highlighted the blue too, as its kinda funny, from the image perspective its like they knew 2 years ago they were going to be in this situation and have this Q/A
(That said I am super excited to see the others, 1/4 and only 1 was a let down, lets hope the other 3 are Good and new)

Its on the front page Starlord.
I'm sorry SE violated your trust and that you'll never have a good relationship with an MMO ever again.
Seriously, what's your stake in all this?
