I think the dev's envision players teaming up on a massive worldwide scale to help get a lvl 2 on specific hamlets. Then working toward the seals on that hamlet only. Wait a week or 2 and store up supplies then repeat on a new hamlet to get that seals take care of. Going to be interesting how they balance this out. I think for drops wise we just don't understand the drop conditions and how to maximize our efforts just yet.

and also, since there are obviously going to be 5 levels of each hamlet...i have a feeling until its all released we wont see the full potential of all this

why get to rank 5 if you can do everything at 1/2?
