I kinda think thats part of there reason there's no sense of community in this game. because people don't trust pugs to have any competance. and thus people "don't do pugs"

Maybe there should be a difficult challenge that you must overcome to advance to max level. Something that requires you to know your job through and through, something that no one else can help you with.

Maybe his name should be Maat.
