The seals themselves will take a few days (For those who don't allready have a bunch) they aren't ULTRA hard to obtain if they are the only thing your after. As for the hamlet wins...we are not sure if the current "Boss" that shows up in t1-2 will drop the key item or not. So unless they make it Rank 5 it would only take a few more days (3 with luck) of rotations to get the key items.

Then any other required steps that are deemed required by our drunken friend.

So the most hardcore players will probably have AF weapons within a week (That's if they go in totally unprepared seal wise) At best it would take at least 3 days to obtain the key items unless there is another task afterwards.

Oh I don't think you understood what I was saying. I meant I hope it takes at least a month for the first fully upgraded one to arrive. The initial, non-upgraded one will take about 3 days like you said.

Oh this seems interesting, now that I stumbled upon this as well. I hope this comes to past, and the weapons are really worth it. Guess I will get to work on stocking up my GC points again... Hope this pays off!

I imagine the 3 seals are to complete the upgraded weapon itself but obviously that's just my conjecture. SE would be paralyzed with fear if they actually made something take long to get without it being due to the RNG god not smiling upon you.

Implementation of content for acquiring and upgrading job-exclusive weapons.

I interpret this as obtaining the initial Job-exclusive weapon, and then having much more to do to upgrade them. From what it seems these items might be what it takes to obtain the non-upgraded weapon. As for the RNG comment, I'm sure making all the content based on a poorly made RNG is intentional so the content lasts until 2.0 comes out. If you look at the road map there is not much left to do until 2.0.

The chick Rowena wants the 25k GC item and 3 seals then she will give a paper that designs to upgrade weapons of old. The reason why i think these are Af weapon because the refer to jobs as ways of the old.

Read some bad joke in here that mention the needing to be in "top-20 supplier" of the server to get AF weapons, and now I hope the joke won't come true... you know that would be seriously crazy consider how much does people want these weapons and how does this encourage people to botting.

By those standards, you are locked out of all end game content. Group content is a huge part of this game; if you expected to receive end game gear solo you are going to be disappointed.
