Burst - Any Plans?

So you're not going to address the original topic then?... Well damn because I was hoping to hear why you think having Burst would be better than any number of possibilities for a blm 15 minute.

Please explain all these possibilities?

You have Manafont, debuff effect to it,buff effect to party when casted, lower recast(diff 15 min abil), higher damage, pick your choice, not to much you can honestly do..

Those are all great options, except the increased damage in my opinion. If you want more how about some kind of mana shield that takes damage at the cost of mp. Or something that lets you double cast a combo. How about something that makes your next thunder combo aoe or your next fire combo single target. There are way more valuable options than Burst. I already said I'd prefer Manafont.

I think Manafont would be the most logical choice, there is some good ideas that can make Burst better, I think if Burst had a strong DoT debuff that lasted for like 30 secs, that would increase the damage output and make it somewhat more viable.
