How does anyone take pvp seriously?

People take it seriously so we can finish our achievements and be done with it. Then we can get back to enjoying the game. If you are not taking it seriously, then you are just prolonging the suffering for others. At present, I have 1000 wins for Maelstrom done and am in the 800s for Immortal Flames, so getting close to that checkpoint. It can be extremely frustrating to watch a sure win get pissed away simply because people can't listen.

Example 1) Shatter. Team repeatedly ignores pinch warnings. Each mass death event costs us 50-100 points and there are several over the course of the match. In the end, we lose by less than 50 points. The feeders then get toxic and blame the ice lickers, when it was their fault.

Example 2) Secure. It is late game. Yellow is 2200s, almost 2300. My team still fighting with blue at mid, long after event is over. Yellow is grabbing outer nodes to win off of while my team refuses to leave mid. Adders sip tea and laugh at us all the way to 2400 and win.

Example 3) Onsal. Red is in the lead, but team obsessed with fighting yellow. Red is over 1000 points and gets uncontested A rank and S rank because team ignoring callouts. Red wins.

This sort of thing happens VERY often. There are no shortage of clowns out there, and when you are trying to get things done, it can be painful to see these things happen. This is even worse when you have a 10-12 minute queue time, only to get a team that openly laughs about not trying.

I don't wish to be overly negative, but this is the reality of the game mode and why people can be the way they are. I have seen countless teams, chock full of BH5, lose simply because they weren't paying attention.

Thats why pvp is trash and should be deleted. If i lose, it’s because i did something wrong. In this case, its others fault for playing this game too casually while watching netflix, afkin, ignoring shouts, etc. It’s doesn’t feel like it’s a 1/3 chance of winning.

Ah yes, the legendary take from someone who clearly thinks their opinion carries more weight than everyone else: I don’t understand it, therefore it’s not real.
Truly the pinnacle of intellectual discourse.
I am sure there is a PvP system out there just waiting for your approval......maybe check back in a few decades.

And yes, you absolutely have the option to have your voice heard.

Complaining is all good, but would you like to propose constructive idea instead of "it sucks", "it's the worst", or "delete PvP" ?
I don't have any, so now I stop complaining for nothing for hours about Frontlines' myriad of flaws (especially unmotivated players).
I love to read people's idea to improve this mode that is dear to my heart, so less complaints, more propositions please.

There has been plently of videos and articles stated what they could do to fix pvp. The truth is that they don’t listen. Thus, anything they try to do wirh pvp won’t be for the better nor worse than it already is. It’s time grow up, learn to let it go & either delete the system or make it a 2.0 PvP.

So cute, if you love unbalanced trash, then it’s on you. Some people like skydiving, bungee jumping, while others lick dog doo for fun. Imagine if sports are unbalanced where 1 team get an automatic 100 points, just because. No one would want to watch it. Just like the op title, why would anyone take the sports seriously then? perhaps i should phrase better. I do try when i pvp and am not trying to advocate for afk gameplay. My questions is how are you gonna subject yourself to pvp before accepting other people will ruin your experience in half if not most games? Like if it gets you as mad as a lot of these people on the forums are then maybe its not healthy to engage with the content. yeah you want the rewards fast we all do but come on just accept that's not your choice. It's not worth exploding in game or on the forums for changes that will ultimately be rent impotent by human will. Getting so angry over it is either a sign you have some other unresolved personal issue or just poor anger management. Just think about your blood pressure gang. I like eating fried chicken like everyone else, look at that jollibee event, but guys you're gonna seriously damage your health if you act like this. This comes from a place of genuine empathy and concern. The rewards for modern pvp will come back eventually unlike feast.

I have characters on both the Japanese and Traditional Chinese servers, and the experience there is noticeably different from what we see here.
It is not perfect, far from it.
When there’s no commander present, matches often devolve into players just chasing kills rather than playing for the objective.

However, during prime time, the dynamic shifts significantly.
You frequently get Commander vs Commander vs Commander, which turns matches into genuinely engaging three way battles.
It creates a level of unpredictability and coordination that makes the mode far more enjoyable than the typical experience we are used to here

No dig at you but I don’t understand why people want overworld PVP so much. I don’t want to worry about getting ganked by some FC with nothing better to do while I’m doing FATEs or whatever and I don’t need people’s lore-unfriendly innuendo themed FC names plastered everywhere while I’m doing MSQ either. Not to mention all these claimable areas would immediately get conquered by those massive cross server FCs and become impossible to get for normal FCs especially if there’s any incentive to claiming them at all. A PVP field operation could be really interesting but keep this far away from the overworld, there’s endless other MMOs for this anyway.
