    For future New Jobs

Please give us a option to start the new Job at level 1. Starting a new job at high levels can be extremely overwhelming when you see so many abilities just staring at you.... especially Viper. I really wanted to play it cause it looked cool.but I get extremely overwhelmed when I look at their abilities and just dont touch it.. I perfer to start at level 1 and learn the new job at my own pace.

    PLEASE CONSIDER THIS

i've seen a lot of people over the years who were overwhelmed by that. some delayed leveling new jobs just because of that or dont try them at all.

without fun jobs none of the content is fun!
jobs should have their full rotations on lvl 60 or 70! for a better low lvl experience.
for satisfying glam builduing we need 5 basic glamplates + 2 more for each class / job
pls give us a proper glam collection like every other mmo has.
pls upgrade the gear from normal raid and also alliance-raid by 10 ilvl each.
pls add old glowy ex trial weapons for new jobs!
and for gods sake pls give as the ability to preview any hairstyle on our own character!

I believe the reason is that they don't produce lower level gear. Which means they do not go below 80 and add a moogle weapon, a Ramuh weapon, a Ravana weapon etc for Viper, nor old artifact gear. They already produced 20 levels worth of weapons for Viper, which is like 3 expansions' worth of them.

Because of this, I don't even bother to learn the rotation until level 100. Icy Veins have nice guides on opening rotations.

Do Palace of the Dead, and gradually assign actions to your hotbar one at a time while trying them out as if you were levelling from 1. That's what I usually do.

They can still add gear without having it to be specifically onto ARR EX fights, like how NIN was able to wear some striking pieces at those levels.

That is not how it works, at all. Old ARR trials, at times, gave weapons on normal mode as well, i.e. Garuda (Hard). And because SE wants a 'polished' experience - whether or not they succeed - that means putting the level threshold high enough to avoid issues regarding the ARR stuff, as well as dungeon weapons such as Lakeland weapons (very pretty and also probably obnoxious for them to do that for every leveling dungeon!).

Midcore is when you take a look at an Ultimate, nod along sagely to a guide and decide to do it when you get 12 months of uninterrupted vacation, which is to say: never.

Something like Viper could have really used the flow-chart in game for their basic weaponskills.

Or you look at a skill and it has requirements to use, but then you have to hunt down what gives this requirement of each skill in your toolbox.

For example SAM's Zanshin needs Zanshin ready, but nothing tells me where it's from unless I find it in the tool tip for Ikishoten. Or Tendo Setsugekka which just has a "when requirements are met".

So you end up looking all over, trying to keep track of where each trigger is coming from. Or you just end up going to a third party site where it's all clearly explained.

Even without the ARR gear, new jobs still exist just not at level one, if they could make one weapon that adjusts stat every 10 levels this wouldn't be a problem. But thats going on a tangent here, what about the skills each job has?
Older jobs are more fleshed out at lower levels, while news ones do absolutely nothing than 2-3 gcds at lower levels, that kind of design is not engaging at all.

They actually did it with Blue Mage. Their weapon has no stats at all. That is how it is able to start at level 1. Instead of weapon stats, they massively buffed their damage in their traits. However, they can't do this with a regular job, obviously.

The stat increase every 10 levels could work because they do it with earrings and they stop being useful after a certain level. They could get away with it with gear as well if they restrict the gear to the job.
